A one-off session provides a safe and supportive space to talk openly about grief, challenges, or life changes. Together, we’ll explore coping strategies, identify practical next steps, and bring clarity to your situation.
While one session can be valuable, meaningful long-term change often comes through ongoing support and consistent work.
"Providing meaningful support that helps people regain confidence, independence and hope for the future."
What to expect
We will begin with a free conversation to discuss your situation, challenges and goals, and to ensure we are the right fit for each other.
If we decide to work together, I will send over a coaching questionnaire and the relevant terms before your first session. This helps me understand your goals, motivations and the areas where you would like support, so I can tailor the coaching to your needs.
10% of all coaching fees are donated to the LightPath Foundation, supporting causes close to my heart. You can read more about this on the Foundation page.

FAQs
What is a Life Coach?
A life coach works in partnership with you to help you achieve meaningful goals in your personal life, career or relationships. Coaching helps you gain clarity, build confidence and create positive, lasting change.
What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each session focuses on your current challenges, goals and progress. I will help you think differently, challenge limiting patterns and create practical actions to move forward confidently.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends entirely on your goals and circumstances. Some clients benefit from a small number of sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We will discuss what is right for you during the discovery call.
Is a Life Coach different from a counsellor or therapist?
Yes. Therapy and counselling often focus on healing and understanding the past, while life coaching focuses on the present and future. Coaching is designed to help you move forward with clarity, structure and actionable goals.
Coaching is not a replacement for counselling, therapy, medical care or emergency mental health support.
Do you offer long term support?
Yes, grief isn't linear, some clients work with me for a few sessions, some stay 6-12 months as they navigate through significant birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and big life changes without your person. There's no "right" length. We can adjust sessions and as we go, your pace your energy.
